Cod Liver Oil 250 ml - lemon flavor

Cod liver oil naturally provides an excellent source of EPA & DHA fatty acids, vitamin A and vitamin D. This oil is non-chemically extracted, and packed with nitrogen (instead of air) to preserve freshness. Steam distilled to delete toxic heavy metals.

Ingredients per 1 teaspoon:

• Vitamin A 2500 iu
• Vitamin D 500 iu
• Vitamin E (as d- Alpha tocopherol) 1 iu
• ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid) 50 mg
• DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 550 mg
• EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 500 mg

Suggested Use:

Take one or more teaspoonfuls daily bedtime or mealtime. Refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness; best used within 3 months.
