It contains NSK-SD® which is derived from natto, A comprehensive blend of enzymes combines with nattokinase to synergistically support body wellness and cardiovascular health.

It does so by helping to maintain healthy levels of fibrin by encouraging healthy blood coagulation for an optimally functioning cardiovascular system.
