Carlsons Super DHA 60 gels

DHA and EPA are two of our bodies' most polyunsaturated oils. DHA is a building block of tissue in our brain and in our retina. DHA is part of the formation process for several critical neurotransmitters that transmit messages around our body.

Each Carlson Super DHA gelcap contains 1000 mg of fish body oil from a special blend of Norwegian fish oils including Menhaden and Sardines. PLUS: 10 IU of natural Vitamin E has been added as an antioxidant and to protect oil freshness.

Ingredients per soft gel:
Vitamin E Natural (d-Alpha Tocopherol) 10 iu
DHA 500 mg
EPA 200 mg

Other Ingredients: Beef gelatin, glycerin, water.

Suggested Use:
Take one or more soft gels daily, AT MEALTIME
